It won't actually be 'serious' until you make a choice and then make a commitment to one of them. Maybe flip a coin?
Just kidding. perhaps you could try writing two lists in your journal of the good/bad aspects of each one, and comparing the list.
Sometimes writing something down helps.

tell them how you feel as one to one and then get them both together and tell them!!
get some flowers or something they would like that is not too much money and just see what happens!!

do they both know you're seeing someone else? maybe you tell them both, and if one stays with you, pick that one...
