I'm not sure there is an answer. Frederiche Nietsche stated that the ruling class determines what is noble and good. Of course what they consider what is noble and good is often descriptive of them. What is not them is determined to be bad or evil. Thus minorities can fall prey to the ruling class. On top of this crime is also a class issue. The crimes of the lower class are determined by the ruling class to be worse. And unfortunately issues of the African-American population also include poverty.

Because the majority of people that are doing the judging are white and the people who are being judge, if not white, are judge differently. Statistics show someone white can commit a crime and get 10 years, the same crime can be committed by non-white person and that person may get 20 or more years. There is a racial disparity.

Absurd and unconstitutional. Who cares why you commit against the law, in reality you dedicated the crime. lets merely concentration on authentic deterrent to committing crime contained in the first position. start up putting criminals in penal complex for the utmost sentence the first time each and every time. Use the lack of existence penalty each and every time that is for sale. Make penal complex decrease back right into a terrible position to be instead of an afternoon camp.

Discrimination. Public defense attorney. Stereotypes. Poverty. Economically speaking, most young black males don't have the resources to hire adequate representation in court. There are no attorneys in most our families or living next door.. Most times we have to settle for either a public defender, plea bargains, or hope the judge and jury are sympathetic.
