Why get remarried? Dah if you make the mistake once!!!! Dont you learn from it.

Once you have decree absolute, you are free to marry again as soon as you like. It is sensible not to make plans though until at least the application for decree absolute has been made (it usually takes a few days for the application to be processed and the decree pronounced). It's better still to wait until you have actually received the certificate of decree absolute before you go to the registrar or minister and give your three weeks' notice of intention to marry.
From an emotional point of view, it's probably better not to rush in any case.

I wouldn't think you have to wait for any lenth of time.
As long as the divorce has been pronounced.
Unless one of you is not from the Uk, in that case, you'll need the divorce to be recognised in the country the person is from, as anyway you'll need that to be able to remarry again.

Once your Decree Absolute comes through, that day if you want to. But do think about it, having gone through one divorce, you should think carefully before getting into another marriage too quickly. You know what they say
" marry in haste, repent at leisure".

I don't believe there is any waiting time whatsoever once you are legally divorced -- you are free to remarry.

Once you get your decree absolute - the next day is fine, out of the frying pan into the fire so to speak !!

once you are divorced you can get married straight away as you will be classed as single again
