A penis is not a muscle, and therefor cannot be exercised to grow bigger. If you do have excess weight around the waist area, you probably have fat around the base of the penis. By loosing some weight the penis will appear longer because the base of the penis will be more exposed. The same rule applies if you trim or shave your pubic hair. The penis will appear longer.

Again....so many men ask this all day, every day. Don't you think if there WAS something that actually made it bigger......wouldn't it be BIG news? Of course. There isn't anything. Nothing. No drugs, supplements, vitamins....nothing.
