Stonehenge - Location Wiltshire, UK
The great and ancient stone circle of Stonehenge is one of the wonders of the world. What visitors see today are the substantial remnants of the last in a sequence of such monuments erected between circa 3000BC and 1600BC.
There has always been intense debate over quite what purpose Stonehenge served. Certainly, it was the focal point in a landscape filled with prehistoric ceremonial structures, now a World Heritage Site.

It is in England. Go to the middle of nowhere... look for some big rocks surrounded by grassy hills. The Stone configuration suppose to be a Temple for a Calender that reflects the sun & moonlight or where they just stoned...lol

It's about an hour outside of London. You'd need a car or to go on a bus tour b/c it's not easily accessible by say - a train. It's a really cool place & worth seeing, but it's all that's out there.
