Why can't a man living in Australia be buried in America?

Because you only bury dead people, unless you want to go to jail! (you said LIVING in Australia)

Well Nick if you ment this as a riddle then a man living in Australia can't be buried in America because he's not dead. And if this isn't a riddle then I'm sorry I don't know.

Generally we don't bury the living.

Once he's dead though I see no reason he couldn't be buried in the U.S. assuming he's payed for the plot and provided the funding to ship himself.
