Does anyone have any binoculars they are willing to sell?

I need some and I need some that are under $1 sorry my budget is low or if you can buy some at a dollar tree or something I need any kinds of spy things(not real ones toys)like binoculars one of those spy tech hearing things anything the reason I need them is to spy on my sis
