Okay my friend's sweet 16 is tonight and it's going to be on my super sweet 16. I already bought my dress for $12,000 and it's non-returnable not to mention all of the accessories to go with it.
All of my friends are going but my mom won't let me go all because I slapped her and called her a b****h. But I only did that because she said I looked fat in my Juicy Couture sweatsuit. I mean, I was pretty much entitled to do that.
ANYWAY, what am I going to do? Should I sneak out and go to the party anyway? Or what? PLEASE HELP MY MOM IS RUINING MY LIFE!!!

First of all you are coming off sounding like a spoiled wrotten princess b**ch. I'm sure your a nice girl but stop bragging about the $12,000 dress and name brand sweatsuits, I've been paying off a $12,000 car for 5 years so it must be nice to spend mommy and daddies money on a designer dress.
Anyways though I will answer your question. Rich or poor that't no way to treat your mother, she is looking out for whats best for you even if it means saying you look bad in an outfit. Slapping her and insulting her is a good way to wind up arrested or kicked out. She isn't ruining your life, get over it. Don't sneak out it will make it worse.
As for that stupid mtv show your friends party will be on. Watch the rerun in a few months on tv and see your friend pout and cry and make an idiot out of herself and be glad you werent there with the cameras catching every embarassing moment.

You don't deserve to go the party and I cannot believe you would treat your mother like that over a comment she made about a trashy tracksuit or squander $12,000 on a dress. You apologise to your mother for assaulting her verbally and physically. You should also learn the lesson that if you act like a kid then you'll be treated like one. If your dress etc is non-returnable then I suggest you either hang on to it for another occasion, or preferrably sell it and give the money back to whoever bought it for you. You are in the right over no aspect of this situation unfortunately so all you can do is learn from it and grow up.

1. Apologize to your mom, who must've bought the dress for you. After all, what 16 yr old can afford 12,000 for a dress?
2. Learn some respect for your mom.
3. Deal with your punishment and learn something!

you think your mom ruined your life because she will not let you go to the party!? how would you feel if you got slapped by your daughter?! or if u just got slapped!! this is brutality, u dont ahve the right to hit noone. you should feel guilty for what you did because you hurt her.
if u really want her to consider letting you to the party, you should apologize to her and make the apology sincere and dont ask her to let you go at the same time, wait for a day or so before doing that and be nice and all. and if she doesnt agree, u can always sneak out but probably she'll find out and u might face some consequences.

i have to say, that for me being a daughter and a mom, it's a shame for me to read your posting, first you're a brat 12000 for a dress, get real!!! some kids are actually starving to death even in this country and then you slap your mom, and she was probably right you must look fat in that suit because that's what moms do: they tell you the truth no matter how bad it looks, and what if she's right and you do look fat, ever think of that. Now everyone will be laughing at you because you're a fatty that didn't get to go to the party!!!!!!!!!!!! you deserve it

Wow... i dont think you are ever entitled to slap someone. Especially your mother. But anyways, maybe you should try explaining to her that you spent alot of money on your dress, and that its a once in a lifetime thing, and that you're sorry you hurt her. Good luck and have fun!

wow.. get over yourself. No 16 year old should be alowed to spend 12,000 on a freaking dress. And if would have ever slapped my mom or cussed at her, I wouldn't have been alowed to leave my room for a year.

I say get over it! You were better off getting a car than a stupid nonrefundable dress! Then i would apologize to your mother for what you did! Who cares if she deserved it she is your MOTHER?!
