Jack is short for John, and with the lumber theme might fit better.
Stumpback jack, Timberswitch joe.
Poopsiecakes and Tookis are both rump related, and cutsie, so maybe of the two "Tookus" sounds a little more universal.
"Casablanca " falls flat, no pun intended. The portuguese equivilent is "Carioca" which sounds a little more feminine.

Personaly the only one i like is the last... youve got to think of the child... kids tease other kids for everything in the book and a kid with poop in there name will get serious damage... you know.... but thats just my opinion!!!... try jayden.... julian... christian.....
