Why would you want to be surrounded by only one attitude your whole life? Have you ever been to Disneyland? That is one place on where you are surrounded by nothing but happy people in a clean and safe environment (i.e. positivity.) Everything is plastic, there are no sharp edges, everyone wants to help you, everyone is smiling. I love Disneyland, for a day. If I was there more often I would go insane. There's nothing to appreciate there, nothing to accomplish, everything is perfectly manicured so that nothing stands out. Disneyland, that is constant positivity, is the ultimate form of nihilism.

in terms of physics and probability, no you can not be surrounded by positivity without feeling the pull of negativity entirely throughout your life.
Positive and negative only strengthen each other, like a magnet. One is necessary for the other.
However, I think it is possible to train yourself to leverage and experience the positive more richly in your life through introspective means.

I'd like to say yes, but I can't. Unfortunately, we cannot control situations or events that occur around us, and as you know, not all of them are positive. Now, you can be able to handle a negative situation with a positive attitude, and if you do this most of the time, you'll feel a lot better. Go for it.

Maybe until you watch the news, go to work, step out of your room, etc. . .
If positivity was the only thing you were familiar with, sure, you would never feel pain, but I don't think you could ever learn anything. I'm somewhat naive, but to know no pain? You would never grow as a person.
In short, no, it's impossible.
