iam Egyptian man who was married to amircan woman and she is asking for a divorce and i signed the papers she sent me and now she is comeing back to ask me for the case charges and iam still in Egypt what i should do and she is the one who asked me for a divorce so what i can i do and i want to knwo if i have to pay here any thing and she was the one who asked for the divorce and she said i am the one who havee to pay the lowayr fees so iam counfused and i dont know what to do plz i am waiting for ana answer ???

You do not have to sign anything and you do not have to pay anything. Do you want a divorce? If you do, then maybe you will want to pay just to be rid of her.

You are in Egypt right?

Tell her to bite you. Simple enough. The US has no reciprocal agreements with other countries regarding divorce and the collection of fees incurred.

Some countries have agreed to cooperate regarding child custody and/or child support. But not very many.

And I doubt very seriously that any international court has time to deal with a money grubbing American woman...count yourself lucky to be in another country.
