Still i cant fix the Blue screen problem!! Ok It isnt the hard drive because i cheked. I reformated my hard drive, and re-isntalled windows Xp. And i cant even get to the log on screen. I tried starting the computer up in safe mode and nothing. PLZ HELP!!!

Make sure you unplug all unnecessary peripherals, like scanners, printers etc. Leave just the mouse, keyboard and monitor.
If the system still doesn't boot, try re-installing Windows with the computer left just this way (everything else still unplugged).
If it still won't boot after this, then you may have a problem with your motherboard or RAM.
If you are able to get Windows XP to successfully install and boot, then install the driver ONE of your devices and plug it in according to the instructions for the device.
Do this for each device ans reboot between each piece of hardware. If you get the BSOD again, then you will know what device is causing the problem.

What does the pseudo-english on the second line of the BSOD say?
The usual suspects:
Disconnect all external AND internal peripherals... this included floppy, CD drives, zip drives, etc. If this resolves issue reconnect them one at a time until you identify the problem.
Bad BIOS... flash your BIOS to the latest version
Bad hard drive... try a different drive.
Bad memory module... if you have more than one installed, remove all but one and boot... try different modules

Mess with you RAM. Probably what is causing your issue.
