You may be a bit too forceful in rolling back your foreskin or you might be using a product that's simply irritating your mucous membranes.
You should roll it back before putting on a condom, though.
See your doctor about this. You may also need to see a urologist, so ask your family doctor about such a referral.

well, when wearing a condom, it is necessary to pull back the foreskin before putting on the condom.so maybe you try asking the doctor about the foreskin problem you faced and see what options the doctor give.

I wish I could tell you, but I'm circumcised and I never had that problem. See a urologist, but don't let them circumcise you! Even if you have phimosis (a common excuse some people use to justify male genital mutilation), it can be cured by gradual stretching of the skin over time. There are even devices to do the stretching. I'm guessing that the only problem you have is that you're just starting to retract your foreskin and it is in the process of getting conditioned to the outside world. 21 seems pretty old to just now be retracting it. Good luck!

the more you keep pulling it back it will eventually become less sensative. Wow, your 21 and just now your pulling it back?
Weren't you pounding that puppy as a teen? Either way keep stroking it...that's really the only way to do it.
PS: I wouldn't give up my foreskin for anything! I'm glad my parents didn't get me chopped!

I had the same problem as you have. I was 17 though. Just keep it pulled back as often as possible, if your at home just make sure its pulled back all of the time, mine was sesitive too, but after a couple months, or less, i could have it pulled back, and not even feel a difference between pulled back, and not pulled back. dont worry man, it'll be ok.

You don't need to pull it back before putting a condom on. It'll work just fine.
