If you do this, you are sure to regret it later. Chest hair is very manly, and eventually you will want to stop looking like a boy. But the hair follicles will be gone, and you will be left with a juvenile fashion when you really want to look adult. It's like never being able to buy any different clothes after age 14. You might think board shorts are hot now, but you'd feel ridiculous wearing them at age 40. You will feel ridiculous having a bald chest when you are older, too.

Havent you ever heard the popular proverb that says...."the man is as the bear.............when uglier.., more handsome""

That is good in this case.
Why to remove it?
My dad had hair in the chest and even in the shoulders and back. I always played jokes telling him that he was the lost link....but my mom loved him as he was.............always.

So think well about that first.

You can do it with laser.. There are some special places or beauty houses that can advice you.
It needs to be done in small areas at a time.

If you decide to do it
GOOD LUCK !!!

Laser epilation is an option to consider since it will remove all the visible hairs permanently.

But it will take more than one session to get rid ot the hair permanetly and it can be a little pricey.

You can also consider electrolysys but this method will hurt more than laser epilation.
