Your best bet is to search ebay for laptop computers and see what the competition is. Go to www.ebay.com

The first answer has no bearing. All notebooks depreciate the same regardless of what is in them. If you paid $1,700 a year ago depreciate the value by 30-50%
If a vendor was reselling this as used equipment they would probably get about $1,000. On a personal resell you could potentially get the same but may end up with less.
