if both wear a condom at the same time it can cause friction which is likely to tear one or both of the condoms essentially making them useless. Same thing happens when you double bag (man wears two condoms)

only one person needs a condom.
the female condom is some what new. So for a long time it was just the guy that put on the condom.
when you talk about women wearing a condom this is what you mean right? you are not talking about a women wearing a normal condom are you? Because that wouldn't work
but I think you can both where one if you want.

If this is supposed to be directed at more of a "straight" audience, your question is in the wrong category.
But....to answer your question. Usually only one partner need wear a condom, besides, have you ever TRIED one of those female condoms? They're amazingly rediculous to even attempt.
I'd suggest you use a dental dam if you plan on having him perform oral sex on you.
They're much easier to use and don't "kill the moment" so to speak.
I'd also make sure you both get tested for STD's BEFORE having any kind of sexual activity.

Just the male or just the female. If you didn't know this than you're probably too young to be getting sexed anyway!
