Nah, I doubt it. Lucas himself owns the rights and he isn't interested in making any more sequels. He made an offhanded comment years and years ago about how it would be interesting if we saw Luke, Han and Leia as older and it's always been interpreted as there being a later trilogy (taking place after the original trilogy). Lucas has said in recent years he has no intention of making any more Star Wars movies and moving on to other projects, including a Star Wars television series, which would no doubt be very popular if it gets off the ground. Star Wars films are quite profitable though, so who knows what could happen, especially after Lucas passes away (God forbid) and the rights to the characters are passed on to his heirs.
