my boobs are so small for my age and it is probably In the Stage 3, (when breast tissue enlarges from gland and fat development happens). my areolas and nipples are not flat they are round .. smting like a ball!! LoLzz .... k .. when I go out in winther .. or when I take a bath my arola is being flat .. 'cuz its cold!!! but after a minute or two it becomes like a ball again!!! and my boobs are not developin 'cuz of this!!!
is it normal??? Plz help me!!!!

Not sure exactly what you are asking but every woman is different. Worry about your boob size after you turn 20 and when you are done growing.
Give it time. Try on different bras. Get sized at Nordstroms or JCPenney (NOT victoria secret or fredericks, they size them totally wrong) since 80% of us are in the wrong size bra. buy a push up bra.

i am not to sure about your question maybe a different description would help what I know from what your saying, as long as your breast don't hurt if they hurt you need to see a doctor. it is normal not to have large breast. you get a certain amount of genes from your mom and a certain amount from your dad now you can inherit any kind of gene from either your father or mother but depending on the gene some genes if you inherit from your dad they might not be as noticeable or active because you inherited from your dad and not your mom and its vice versa some might not work cause you got it from your mom so that could be why the small boobs maybe you got that gene from your father and its not that active. there is no problem with small boobs. now either your still young and its taking longer for you to develop and you should just wait and see or get breast implants and there is also a pill you can take blusant i think its call that will enlarge your breast by a cup size sorry i am not more help

Normal breast development proceeds in Tanner Stages. Anyway, not all females develop at the same time or at the same rate. It has a lot to do with genetics(if your mother has small breasts, its very likely you will have small breasts too.), and overall nutrional status.
Breast development is the first sign of puberty, followed by menarche(menstruation) and adrenarche(pubic hair growth). If you didnt have your monthly periods as of now, or relatively scant pubic hair, dont worry. You still have a long way to grow and mature.
For now, take it easy. Let time do its work, and youll be fine. Take care of your health, especially get enough sleep and adequate nutriton.

You still have a few years to go before growth stops. Give nature time to develop your breasts, and dont get impatient. Let peer pressure pass you without stress.
Breast size is mostly inherited, via genes. Check if your mom/her sisters/your elder sisters have normal breasts and if they do, it is likely that you too would be like them. There isn't anything proven which can augement breast size except surgery, and it is too early for you to think of that.
Dont get stressed about your breast size, go about your studies etc. normally and hope that you would be fine soon.

Your only 15 , sounds like your just a late bloomer, and sounds like they are still growing to me. If your that concerned then, contact your doctor about it.
If you have a hard "ball" in them under the nipple. They are still growing.
