Ask Steven Spielberg, he used this animal in Jurassic Park
Seriously though, because of recent belief dinosaurs have evolved in our minds from more than dumb slow moving animals, instead they are modeled after which many leading paleontologists believe to be direct ancestors of birds. If based upon this belief, I would have to say that the dinosaur was very earthy colored of greens, yellows, and reds. They were herbivores and about the size of an automobile so a defense would be camouflage, again greens, yellows, reds.

There is no way to know, dino reconstruction is as much guess work & artistic conception, as it is scientific. There are very little left of the dinos in most instances skeletal fossils, and even those finds arent very complete usually. for instance, your pachycephalosarus... the best preserved specimine only has a 40% intact skull I remember reading somewhere...
There is nothing left of internal organs, skin, fur etc. So there isnt anyway to know the colours.. thats based on the artists concept, and whats known abut modurne reptiles etc... in other words its just a guess.

Nobody knows. Did you know that Pachycephalosaurus means "Fat Headed Lizard?" So called because of it's remarkable thickened skull structure.
