Any help will be great! I came off the pill in july after being on it for a year, i got a period in october, my third month of being off it. It's now mid jan and i haven't gotten a period since october. I know it can take a while for periods to regulate but mine were never regular. But i want to go back on the pill now, so do i have to wait until i get a period, which i don't no when that will be, or can i just take it now without a period. if i take it now do i use another form of protection? Thanks for any advice.

You start the pill at any time of month. The instructions always tell you to just use an alternative form of protection for the first 14 days, if you are not starting during your period. If you have not had a period, just rule out pregnancy before you start the pill.

Ask your doctor. Why on earth would you trust advice about something like this from strangers? You need a doctor for a prescription anyway. Two questions, one phone call.
