How do you find what your default router number is? Thanks.

click start
then run
then type cmd
at the prompt type ipconfig/all
it will display all the info you need- look for gateway

for Windows XP:

click Start then Run.type in cmd on the run field then click OK.on the dos prompt type in ipconfig then hit on Enter on your keyboard.you can find there your IP A.ddress/Subnet Mask & Default Gateway.

for MAC OSX:

click Apple icon,go to System Preferences then Network.
under TCP/IP tab you can find your IP Address/Subnet Mask & Router Address.

go to Start --> Run and type "cmd" and click OK

type ipconfig and hit Enter.

the "Default Gateway" is the same as "default router"
