Any bona fide short or long term visitors that have a visa or have been granted permission to stay by the relevent authority....in this case The Home Office,and anybody who does not have an order for repatriation to their country of origin against them.

Anyone I suppose who has not over stayed the time given on his passport or the time given to him by the home office. Along with all the other persons who were born here or who hold British passports. I will assume everyone else will be illegal.

Some really good answers, however I think the answer should be that no one can say. Just about anyone is let in, nobody knows where they go, and if they were found to be smuggled in we don't care about deporting them as they will have travelled half way around the globe to get here apparently as it is so dangerous in their country.

someone born in th uk or given citezinship by the government,people who pay taxes for the nhs but get put at the bootom of the list under illegal immigrants, people who apply for council housing yet are refused because all the illegals are living there.
bitter me , no just fed up of paying for those who dont pay taxes and get loads of benefits.
