Home solution, I use toothpaste. However, I also agree with going to walmart and buying a cleaning cloth especially made for white gold. good luck :)

go to your neighborhood jewerly shop and ask to buy a small bottle of their jewerly cleaner... i wouldnt use the stuff from walmart because it may contain chemicals that will in the long run wear down the white gold
if nothing else works... try 1 part peroxide 10 parts water and a very soft cloth

WalMart sells a solution in the jewelry section that will clean it. There are also polishing cloths you can buy.

Either jewelry cleaner or a mild ammonia solution with a soft toothbrush.
