i downloaded a Cd key gen for a game off of a site that is bad!! I wish I hadn't now and a IE7 page telling me about Win Anti vius keeps poping up even through I have a pop up blocker! What do I do?

I suspect you have a Trojan Vundo based infection causing those popups, Look here and scroll to the VundoFix removal tool.
