Does your apparent lack of intelligence reflect on the intelligence of your country? President Bush is a graduate oh Harvard where his grades were in the middle. So not the brightest but not the dumbest either. The fact that you do not know to start a sentence with a capital letter and that names are capitalized shows your lack of education and perhaps your lack of intelligence.

Can you spell President properly? One doesn't graduate from Yale University w/o a pretty high IQ!!!!!

he used to be very intelligent

what has happened to him is a good reminder why not to drink or do drugs

go to youtube and watch one of the videos that compare his debates from 10 years ago and recently
one is called "what's wrong with george bush?"
or search for george bush 10 years

no I dont think it reflects too much on the country, remember kerry won the popular vote

The president has no more power to decide anything about the USA than a high school class president has to decide anything about their high school curriculum. If you believe otherwise, have your head examined.

i read it was 120 something, but i don't believe it. i know iq doesn't = intelligence, but he doesn't seem very smart. the average iq is around 100 and that's what i'd guess he's at.
