you go to the program it operates on and program it in and then aim it at yourself and do stuff.

If it came with a CD put that in the PC and follow the instructions. This will give you the software to use the webcam. Then plug in to a USB port of the PC. Could you say which model webcam it is, did it come with a CD?

you can also use digital camera's as web cam and its the same procedure,load your disk and pc should load from disc and folloe on screen instructions.
