My husband was sucking my breasts while we had sex and he said something came out. Was it milk already? Im only 4 months pregnant.

Colostrum at this point.....the first super nutritious milk that acts as baby's first immunization.
It's normal for you to start leaking at any point in pregnancy.....it's also normal to no leak at all. Either mom can produce plenty of milk for her baby after the birth. It's one of those "anything is normal" things.

Sounds a little early to me, but it is a possibility. If anything it was the Colostrum coming out not milk.
Colostrum: yellowish milky fluid secreted by the mammary glands immediately before and after giving birth, which is followed by the secretion of the true milk.

the 1st milk that is only vitamins
real milk will come like 3 days after birth

It normally doesnt start until close to giving birth.. and even then it should only be a teeny drip of Colostrum and that just when you express it.. sucking shouldnt get it out (a newborn sucks in a way that adults forget.. we wouldnt get anything out)
However if you have nursed before then it might be different. I am not sure.

with my first it started around 4 1/2 months and my second it was sooner. It probably was milk!

It is colostrum, not milk. This is the pre-milk substance your baby will feed on until your milk comes in.

yes, that would be your milk....I have been there...had them sucked on and my fiancee was startled the first time...I asked the doctor and he said Yes... It happened with both times being pregnant....keep having sex during pregnancy...I did and it was good for the baby and me with a good workout......espically when the baby kept kicking and would not stop...i would have sex and the baby would be rocked to sleep.

this condition is known as galactorrhea which involves the spontaneous flow of milky like fluid from the breast as a result of excessive squeezing and high levels of hormonal fluctuations

it could be. tell him to leave them alone. you nipples are going to get enough action soon. epically while you sleep, you might make your shirt wet. get used to it. until your milk is substantial after your child is born, you will leak. good luck!
