cook her some dinner with a candle light fire near. Put rose pettles where she will walk, or on the bed. Plan a romantic evening. If you can't cook then take her out to dinner and then when you come home have rose pettles everywhere, like litereally but yeah. And maybe give her a body message. Of you could always do a couples message. If you want to get her someone that she can use, they have those visa gift cards, just put some money on there and give it to her you cant go wrong with that, she can get whatever she wants.

Really special to you? Then you should know, better than any of us, what she'd really like.
Some girls place a great deal of value on a simple card. I never met one who didn't appreciate fresh flowers. Not liking jewelry is so unusual that I suspect she just doesn't like costume jewelry, but would love real diamonds in real gold. It's up to you to find that out.

You never can lose with these things!!! Chocolates, langerie, Jewelry, Roses w/ baby's breathe, Jewelry...... Oh, did I say Jewelry w/ diamonds!!! And gold !!! Or if she's into silver more, than gold...... Diamonds with REAL SILVER!!! Or sterling Silver!! But I think REAL Solid silver is worth way more!!! Most women really dont care much for the whole stuffed animal thing, so I wouldn't give her any toys for kids!! Just a precaution to you, there! Good luck, and hope you two have fun!!! Smile!!!

Traditional is good, the teddy bear, the flowers, the candy. My birthday is on Valentine's Day, so I think I know just the thing. If she drinks coffee or tea, go to like a personalization store and get it to say both of your names and hearts. That is a very sweet gift.

Send her flowers at work for a start...a girl always likes to feel special. Then go to gifts.com to pick out something absolutely unique to her taste. I hope that helps =)

Some ideas are suggested, in good faith.
A good card, a fresh-flower bouquet, chocolates, cake and wine, PROVIDED she likes them. Take her out for lunch/dinner at an exquisitely beautiful place.
Budget carefully, and don't go overboard.

"not jewelry though, she doesn't like that"
That's probably your best lead right there! Ask her friends, what girls prefer changes from one to the next!

Chocolate is classic, but that's coming from a girl who LOVES chocolate. I guess it's just whatever really comes from your heart. There's really no answer, different girls like different things.
