I moved into a house six months ago and although we had some disagreements in the beginning we all got along fine. However, after some time things started to go missing, like post and the tenancy agreement. One day two of the girls said that money had gone missing from their rooms. Me and my friend both offered to help look for the missing money or help them out financially if the needed it. At first everything was fine, but then all of a sudden they started accusing myself and friend for going into their rooms and take their money- which of course we haven't. Their version is we went into their rooms while they where present without them noticing anything.
The whole situation is now of control becuase they girls cannot seem to understand why we are angry with them- one of even turned around and said "it was our money that got stolen and suddenly we are the bad guys"? how would you guys feel and what can we do about it. We tried talking but they won't listen.

Move out or get them to move out - you cannot continue to live like that it is not fair on any of you - if they won't listen then there is nothing you can do. I would feel very angry if I was accused of stealing when I hadn't - the money has gone somewhere either they have mislaid it or maybe someone who was visiting could have taken it

First of all relax you have not done anything and it is ridiculous to be upset for sth you haven't done. Try to persuade them saying that you did not have a particular reason to steal the money cause you don't have financial problems. If it does not work do exactly the same thing claim that they stole your money... Good luck!

Sounds like you need locks on all your doors if there's someone who can't be trusted about. Either that or find somewhere else to live.

When you're flat/house sharing, the only way you're going to sort anything out is through discussion, if none of you are not all mature enough to sit and talk it over, you're best moving out and letting these girls sort themselves out.

if they don't understand then don't waste your time arguing and fighting with em just move out and start all over again it's better that way. i also think those two girls didn't even lose or have their money stolen they just made it up.

There is more evil done in the name of freindship than in any other source...friends trust each other ..if things are being stolen then they are not friends...find anoter place to live..it won't get any better.only worse.
