I applied at Body Shop for a franchise, one of the questions was, "how would you like to die"?
I have conducted many interviews myself, one time the person sat there and did not utter a single word throughout the questions, complete silence!
I have always liked the questions, "what are your strong points" and "what are your weaknesses". these nearly always throw them but some rise to them and do really well being able to put a personal slant into the interview.

I once got a job because I could add up quickly without a calculator. And because the interviewer had an unusual surname, and so did I. What skill eh?

One lady asked me if I had kids or a boyfriend, because then I wouldn't be "totally devoted to the job".......
I lied and said I had neither......and then hated the job so much I quit like two months later......
