Ok... This whole PGcy My Abdomen has been as hard as a rock. It feels as tho my tummy is going to pop at any minute, solid. Uo until now... I got up to get the phone and it felt funny. Kind of limp... so I felt it and it is sqwishy. I can push my fingers into it and it has alot of give.Its the same way below my belly button...
Is it just me?
Did the baby just change position or something?
Does this mean she dropped?

I am High risk due to Incompadent Cervix... so I dont want to call and bother my OB If I dont have to.
33 weeks so she has been head down for a few weeks now.

That's a sign that the baby has dropped down.. I remember going from solid to a bit mushy too lol

If you are really concerned or are not feeling the same amount of movement as before give your OB a call.. Don't hesitate to call them when you have a concern, they know the answers best AND they expect you to call with concerns!! Call away!!!

it sounds like your baby has just changed positions and she is trying to get comfortable .my daughter is high risk due to diabetes and is35 weeks pg she had the same concerns if things still feel weird to you i n a few hours than contact your ob for safety sake and the surety that all is OK

When your baby is getting ready to drop your stomach is not as hard as it once was. It is you body getting prepared for upcoming childbirth. Its normal

BOTHER YOUR OB> Thats what they are paid for and you shouldn't feel bad for calling them

i really dont know hte answer to your question, but call your OB for anything you may be concerned about. its always better to be safe.
