Thesis help?

I am having trouble making a thesis sentence.
my subject is a charcter named Rukmani and i need to find out if she is or isn't a tragic character
but i dont know the limiting Topic!
Is it the role of women in society
or
Is it the way women are treated in society!
plz help me!

Thesis equation for those who don't know-
Subject+limiting topic+argument=thesis

1. she is not a tragic character (no "tragic flaw");
2. the emphasis is on her attributes, which make her stand out in modern Indian society.

Therefore, your thesis should be something along these lines: "women's changing role in a developing country".

well, if it's to find out if she's a tragic character...it would be women are treated in society. I'm quessing.
I could probably give you a thesis if you gave me a little bit more, but I can't answer a question twice.
