There was a rumor started by some jerk on facebook that John Mayer, the 29-year-old singer-songwriter (Your Body Is A Wonderland, Waiting on the World to Change, etc.) died on January 17, 2007 from a relapse of cardiac arrhythmia, a condition he was struck with in his teen years.
This is a RUMOR. John Mayer is alive and kicking as we speak... type... whatever. For proof, check his official site--Mayer himself posted in his blog on the 18th (a day after he "died") and is performing live on the 22nd.
