there is chat speak which u should know, AIM has a very good internet lingo dictionary here is the loink: http://www.aim.com/acronyms.adp
there is also igpa atinla (pig latin) u basically put the 1st letter a the end and add and 'a' at the end. if it is a vowel just add an 'a' at the endif it is 2 or less letters it stays the same ex:
outa-out
ogda-dog
as-as

There's this weird one my sisters and I used to speak when we were kids - we called it 'B-language'. You insert a 'b' in between each syllable: So 'hello, what's your name' would be 'hebelobo wabat's yobor nabame'. It's very difficult to explain via writing..but hey, it kept us entertained! I mean, ibit kebept ubus ebentebertabained.

They're is like chat speak... Sometimes teens use symbols for words like, h1 wh@t$ ^ ? (Hi what's up?) or like shortening up words: lol (laught out loud) brb (be right back) bbl (be back later) gtg (got to go) ttyl (talk to ya later) just google it if you want more, i really don't know that much because i don't abreviate.

There is gibberish, which is really fun. Unfortunatly, you aren't supposed to teach people, they are supposed to catch on. Google it though, you'll figure out how to speak it.
p.s. you can't write it very well either.
