Good question, but some people use electric heat pumps for heating and some use natural gas or oil for heating. So you might qualify your question as to whether they have a heat pump for heating or not and whether they have an electric hot water heater.

My utilities are included in my house payment, was an extra addition to the buying. Only because the people I'm buying the house from are my friends.

$240 and I am pissed! PUD wants us to pay for all the extra employees they had to hire when we had massive power outages. It's the highest bill I have ever had from them.
