The only patterns for piano bench covers that I've seen are just a flat table runner type thing that's made to the appropriate size. If this is what you're looking for, you can make your own pattern. Measure the bench to determine what size you want the cover. Decide what size and how many blocks you need, including sashing between the blocks and borders if needed to adjust it to fit. You can choose whatever block or blocks you like. Sew the blocks, the sashing (if used) and the border (if used). Layer with batting and backing, quilt, and bind. Check the website below for block patterns (over 1300, rated by difficulty and sorted by block size or name). Click the drop down menu that says "Where do you want to go today?" and select "Quilt Blocks Galore." You also might want to check out the lessons.
