Need more info on the problem. I have seen fuel filters plug and after running for a short period the engine dies or really lacks the power to do anything. I have also seen smashed fuel lines do the same thing. Are you getting any codes? If so take care of them first. If you do not have a scanner to retrieve the codes on a gm you can jump your ALDL connector under the dash on the right of drivers seat with a paper clip. Look a the service manual and it will help you.

I am guessing fuel pump or fuel regulator. Check you fuel pressure. Give it a shot starting fluid while it is trying to die.

If the CCV is bad on the transmission it will die while driving after warm and after reaching 45mph. (15min?)

Could be IAC / Vacuum leak (unplug it and see if condition improves)

Bang on MAPP or MASS and check harness

If it dies, and WILL turn over, it's NOT your alternator, or battery.

Next time it dies and won't start, check for spark at the spark plugs.

If you have spark, then it must be fuel problems.
