just make sure that your computer has a wireless adapter installed so your pc can detect the signal from the router.just run the software that comes w/ the wireless adapter.call tech support of router/ISP (whoever issued the router to you) for the wireless security settings needed.

if you have DSL plug the modem into the WAN port on the router and this will enable wireless traffic

make sure that router is connected properly to your modem.. then your router must also support wireless for you to recieve it from your computer.

I'm not sure, maybe you should read a manual that it came with? if it had one? But someone once told me that wireless phones can mess it up, that could possibly be a problem... I don't know
