well in reality you can be a transvestite and also be a transsexual, the only difference is that if you end up just choosing to be a transvestite then you end up keeping all the goods down south, if you go down the path of being a TS, then you do not keep your goods down south.

one is just dressing up and adding feminine mannerisms.The other has gone to some lenghts physically such as hormones ,surgery etc
personally I find attractive transexuals hot as all get out!

Male to female transvestites merely dress as women. They do not think or behave as women. They are really men. This is believed to be a behavior or choice.

Male to female transsexuals are truly women inside which is evidenced by their desire for surgery. This is believed to be a medical condition.

Transsexual: a person converting from one physical sexual type to the other.
