Are these softwares including Spybot Search & Destroy 1.4 compatible with each other

Norton Internet Security 2006 has firewall you dont need to run 2 firewall's delete Norton Internet Security 2006 its crap
install ZoneAlarm Internet Security ZoneAlarm

If your not into programming software then you are better of using Norton you can see if the firewall is protecting the whole computer if not you can use Norton firwall to increase security in addition to what you are already running. Using 2 different security softwares will run you into problems. Take care Heather

You should have only one internet security suite installed or running on a computer at once. So you'll have to choose between ZoneAlarm or NIS. I would probably go with Norton Internet Security as long as it is working okay for you.

Spybot S&D shouldn't interfere with either program.

i tried this before it works fine but you'll have to configure both software to avoid them interfering with each other and you can use the KASPERSKY antivirus rather than the norton its a lot faster and smaller in size and more efficiant.

sure, you have double-firewall (no longer cautioned) yet they the two suck besides, get Avast anti-virus, spybot and Sygate very own firewall and dont acquire untrusted softwares.. and you would be risk-free :)
