No, he's not Sasuke's father. He got his Sharingan eye surgically from Obito his old teammate who was part of the Uchiha clan, the only clan to possess the Sharingan, Kakashi himself isn't part of the Uchiha clan. I think that Sasuke sees Kakashi as sort of a father figure though, the same way Naruto sees Sasuke as the brother he never had.

Grr, no. Kakashi could not possibly be Sasuke's father. Kakashi was on a mission with Obito (Uchiha) and Rin. An enemy ninja kidnapped Rin so Obito and Kakashi went to save her. The ninja used a disguise jutsu so Kakashi could not see him. After delivering a blow to Kakashi's left eye, he WAS going to finish him off. Seeing this, Obito was able to awaken his Sharingan. Lateer, another ninja uses a jutsu to send boulders at Kakashi and Obito. Returning the favor for earlier, Obito pushes Kakashi out of the way and in turn, is crushed. Seeing as he would not be able to live for much longer, Obito told Rin (the team's medic) to use her medical jutsu and give his one good sharingan to Kakashi as a gift for becoming Jonin. The rest, is history. That is how he got the sharingan.

NOOOOOOOO! 1. Kakashi is just the Sensei for him and Team 7 2. Sasuke doesn't have any family other than his bro and if u were a fan of the show, u should already know that 3. Kakashi just feel that he relates to Sasuke when he was younger!!!!!!!!! =)

No Kakashi just thinks Sasuke reminds him a lot like himself when he was younger and also how could he be the father when Sasuke was the only survivor of the Uchiha clan when his older brother Itachi killed everyone to test his powers
