Folks, this is a question about Hillary. I don't care for Bush nor any opinions about him.

You mean in how she voted for the Iraq war and insisted we needed to disarm Iraq and now says we need to leave regardless if the country is secure or not? Absolutely.

She is a politician, she doesn't make public statements without commissioning a survey to see what the public opinion is on that issue.

No... Kerry develop into (and is) the worlds astounding turn flopper.. and Obama has the come across of the important major hypocrite hands down.... All that Bloger is declaring is that Hillary will be the nominee with the help of actuality she has received more advantageous states that would want to provide her more advantageous Electoral Votes interior the merely correct Election than what Obama has received. that is a controversy over who will be the important plausible candidate. And as on your argument about Bush... interior the '06 election President Bush received the common vote with the help of more advantageous effective than *4 million* votes. The Kerry campaign had to contest Ohio.. in the adventure that that they had executed that and really received the state with the help of a small margin, then Kerry would have received the Electoral college yet though lost the common Vote... Gee... which social accumulating is the Hypocrite now?

The term "flip-flopper" has become a catch-all phrase for any politician who uses their brain to change their mind over any issue. Just like most of the Democrats, and many Republicans, who voted for the war, Hillary has changed her mind about her support for Bush's War. Why is a change of position considered flip-flopping? If something goes wrong, terribly wrong, as this war has - isn't it her duty to acknowledge that and change her position for the best welfare of the American people? I would expect any responsible person, politicians included, to be able to change their mind or their position when confronted with new facts about an issue. It's silly to expect politicians to stick with a position when it becomes clear that change is badly needed.

The same as Bush. Who lied to create the war, 3 months ago said we were winning, now he says we're not doing so well.

The truth is we haven't been doing well since summer 2003. Iraq has been a quagmire for years.

Bush's solutions are all miserable ideas, now he won't even heed the BiPartisan study group.

But the Bush lemmings still support every word that comes out of his mouth and some otherwise obscure senator becomes the Flip Flopper?

Unbelievable!

This is an overly simplistic RNC sound-byte from the 2004 convention! She's certainly had to navigate a very adverse political system during the past years as the Great State of New York's Senator. She certainly has not let down her consituents--In particular, we are very proud of how effective she has been for post 9/11 advocacy with what would have been a lackluster Federal response to disaster if she wasn't there.

well who isn't? could it be that any so called flip flopper received some new information that changed their mind. Or would you prefer all positions cast in concrete no matter what might have changed to possibly cause someone to THINK or even perhaps to ACT in a more responsible manner. Apparently our present, so called leader and decider, has a great fear of flip flopping. So people die. How dumb does it get?

Without any specific example, I would have to say, on the whole, no Hillary Clinton is not a flip flopper, but again since I cant compare her to the MERRYGOROUND FLIPPY FLOPPINESS which is laughingly referred to as "Bush's Foreign Policy", its just a subjective statement, as meaningless as the phrase, "Compassionate Conservative".
