StickyKeys is activated by pressing the Shift key five times, or holding it down for 5 seconds. To fix it press the shift key five times, a window will pop-up asking you if you want to turn sticky keys on, click settings. A new window will pop up, there will be 5 tabs. on the first one labeled keyboard, uncheck the option 'Use StickyKeys' if it is not already unchecked. Then click the settings button in the stickeykeys area parallel to the 'Use StickyKeys' Checkbox. A new window will pop up. The first checkbox says 'Use Shortcut', uncheck that box and click ok, then on the previous window, click ok. StickyKeys will then stop popping up when you press the shift 5 times or for five seconds.

Well that only happens if you "HOLD" a key to long.
Try not to do that its the only way.
Or if you can - click, "dont show message again"
Hope I Helped.
Bye.
