Well, you can drink cranberry juice, which really works and eat red meats. Also, excercise outside more and keep eating very healthy. Hope this helped!!

Drink a lot of water and massage the area thoroughly and frequently. The water helps to clean out any impurities that may be coming out in your skin (your skin is your back-up excretory system for a lot of chemicals) and the massage will help to tone the subcutaneous layer that is the real problem area with cellulite, as will as to stymulate the tiny glands under the skin to clean out whatever toxins are causing the cellulite in the first place.

Other than that there isn't a whole lot you can to without minor plastic surgery, although that should help a lot.

Cellulite is caused by two things, 1) Fatty tissue and 2) Connective tissue.

The first can be taken care of primarily by diet and working out. Drink your fair share of water, don't eat too much and work out to maintain your metabolism. The second is more problematic and gets worse as you age because collagen is not regenerated so the tissue becomes less elastic and of course most people gain weight as they age because of a less active life style and a drop in metabolism.

There are treatments out there that are supposed to be able to help with both the fatty tissue and the connective tissue. The treatments reduce the fat and provide elasticity to the connective tissue. Some of their names include Mesotherapy, Velasmooth and Endermologie.

one word: SQUATS
actually make it three: SQUATS & WATER
squats tone the outer butt/thigh/cellulite area you can find heaps of pictures/info on the net
water because even though you eat healthy water helps flush out the system

most of the creams don't work. the one thing that will also help you on your quest is to really throw yourself into the area of cellulite-more the process of how it happens and what your body does to produce and exercise/stretches. try and find out more about it.

i'm trying to grow my hair and once i found more about how my body produced it , i was able to make a plan of action and put it to use. my hair may not be long yet but it's getting there

best of luck with the cellulite and hopefully you'll find an alternative to the medicine your using or stop using it

coffee grounds work! no kidding. you can purchase a pair of special hose that you use with the grounds, i lie not! that is the cheapest way to go. I have used a cellulite cream and it worked! the only downside it was rather costly and i had to use it often, every mornign and evening. the cellulite did goaway but it came right back when i quit using the cream. I used 2 diff kinds they both worked for me. Avon and a cream by university medical cant remember the name of the cream good luck

In all fairness you cant ever get rid of it. We all have it ..obviously some more than others. But you can prevent more and help reduce what you have by the following....
Exercises and proper diet with leafy greens and lots of fresh fruit is great start. avoid , saturated fat, junk food and soda. I have read that taking glucosamine , which can aid in repairing the connective tissue , is good to..but ask your doctor first. and brush your skin eveyday to help stimulate blood flow, rid of dead skin and improve circulation.

Dimply skin from cellulite is passed from the mother, however it can become much more visible because of causes like bad eating habits, little exercise, low water intake, changes in hormones, and increased excess fat. The lumps are caused by fat pushing on connective tissue.

Lotions, pills, as well as other similar options are not very great at eliminating cellulite. The most efficient approach is to eat much healthier foods by eating a great deal of fruits and vegetables, and applying a well-planned exercise regime that includes both cardio exercise and strength exercises.
