how do you delete everything from your "deleted items" outlook folder at once? I seriously need to.

OK..... 2 ways
Right-click on the Deleted Items folder and choose 'Empty Deleted Items'
OR
Click on the Deleted Items, click on one email in the folder, press Ctrl+A (to highlight all) then press delete.

tick all the boxes then click on delete then go in the deleted items bin and delete from there

Once you are on the deleted items page, click edit-select all, then hit your delete key on the keyboard..good luck..
