I'm just wondering. I think it would be awesome to live where smoking is illegal and one could be arrested on the spot. I'm a little miffed right now because I have neighbors that like to put out their cigarettes on my doorstep or smoke right outside my door. It's really pissing me off.

I can't remember the name of it, but a city in California has banned all smoking -- even in people's homes, which is going a bit too far, if you ask me. Nevertheless, it sounds like a great place for you to live. I think you'd fit right in.

No City has outlawed smoking completely yet.....There are several cities that are being very aggresive in smoking in public places...Like Omaha NE

There's one in Ohio that's banned most of it.
