The Milky way is spiral shaped with a radius of 100million light years. The Solar system we live in ,is about 28million light year from the center of the Galaxy.
It would take 6.28 x 10^8 light year for Milkyway to make a complete orbit around the center of mass. Its total mass is between 10^41 to 10^42 kilograms.
I did not measure these myself . data came from astronomy books by astronomers.
Of course if you refer to Strings theory you will find a description of at least 11 dimensions. and in some theories its twenty six dimensions.
