The Milky way is spiral shaped with a radius of 100million light years. The Solar system we live in ,is about 28million light year from the center of the Galaxy.
It would take 6.28 x 10^8 light year for Milkyway to make a complete orbit around the center of mass. Its total mass is between 10^41 to 10^42 kilograms.
I did not measure these myself . data came from astronomy books by astronomers.

Of course if you refer to Strings theory you will find a description of at least 11 dimensions. and in some theories its twenty six dimensions.

We only know of 4, time being the fourth, read some of stephen hawking books, he's an expert on this kind of stuff

ther is a visitors center about 2000 miles past uranus that has papers on that
