because i've seen some pretty dumb [and i mean DUMB] questions, but can't give them a thumbs down!!

yes, so if I see a question that is just plain hateful or psychotic I can rate it with a thumbs down while telling the person they are psycho.
Ex: this one guy asked if he was weird for catching his 16 year old daughter showering and actually liking it.
I told him off and give him a thumbs down. Now what can we do about it? They just get away with it now.

I haven't missed the thumbs down at all - whenever I see a dumb question I just ignore it and move on to the next one

I miss it, but for what its worth, I don't know if it did any good or not because the same dumb questions came up with the same asker even if it had a slew of "thumbs down".

If it's a violation, like most really bad questions are, use the time to report it and wipe it off the face of the earth.
