If you are having complications with your pregnancy then your doctor may recommend that you go on temporary disability, but you can only do it with a note from you doctor. After your child is born you can file for an additional six weeks family leave to bond with your child. You must be employed to qualify. The number for disability is 18004803287. Why would you be filing for disability, you're not disabled.
