Honestly ???
I am offended. I believe that is a confrontation AT me to be subjected to another religious demonstration in public.
I have no respect, but I care even less. It is foolishness.
At the same time many tatts are beautiful, but not on the face.

I think it could be cute if it is done right. I like people who dare to be different in terms of fashion. I've considered facial tattoos as well.
Frances Sand stands out in my mind. She has her entire face tattooed, and so does her husband. I like the patterns on her face, but I would prefer different colors (cool rather than warm) if it were me.

I'd think, "wow, there's someone with a tatoo on their face."

Big mistake. May look cool at 20 but look ridiculous at 60 or 70.

As long as it's thought-provoking and unique to them, sure I'd like it. I liked The Game's butterfly on his cheek when he had it before he switched it over to that LA symbol for more street cred. Do it for you, not the public.
